Eaton, Cummins to form JV for commercial vehicle automated transmissions
JV to be called Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies
Ireland-based Eaton and US-based Cummins will set up a joint venture (JV) to develop automated transmissions for heavy and medium-duty commercial vehicles (CV), Eaton announced in a press release on 10 April.
