Concentric wins order to supply new electric oil pump to global CV maker
Deal to generate revenues of around USD4.3 million; production to start in the second half of 2018
Sweden-based Concentric AB has secured an order from a global heavy truck and bus manufacture to supply electrical oil pumps for use in hybrid applications, according to a company press release on 23 March. The deal is expected to generate total revenues of around SEK38 million (around USD4.3 million) across Europe spreading over a period of eight years. The production volume is expected to increase gradually over the eight years to reach 8,000 units per annum in 2026. Production is expected to begin in the second half of 2018.
