Valmet completes acquisition of Semcon's automotive engineering operations in Germany
Acquisition was announced last month
Valmet Automotive has completed the acquisition of the automotive engineering operations of Sweden-based Semcon in Germany, the company said in a press release. The acquisition significantly expands Valmet’s automotive engineering services. About 800 engineers of Semcon engineering services at six locations in Germany are now officially part of Valmet’s engineering services.
