Geneva Motor Show 2017: Segula showcases pedestrian detection technology
Also showcases E-sense, car2car communication and gesture commands
Segula Technologies has unveiled pedestrian detection and other automotive technologies in a concept car called ‘Hagora Pulse’ at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show in Switzerland, the company said in a press release. The company’s pedestrian detection technology features cameras embedded in the windscreen to identify the pedestrian in front of the car. As soon as the system detects a pedestrian about to cross in front of the car, it takes control of the vehicle and informs the pedestrian that they may cross, through a visual delayed on the bonnet.
