Local EV maker to invest USD128 million in new plant

China’s planning body, National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), has approved local electric carmaker Zhidou Electric’s (ZD) plans to set up a manufacturing plant to produce 40,000 electric vehicles annually, reports China Daily.
