Certification is for 2017 Hybrid H 40 EP / H 50 EP propulsion systems paired with B6.7 and L9 diesel-electric hybrid engines

Allison Transmission and Cummins have received certification from California Air Resources Board (CARB) for their 2017 Allison Hybrid H 40 EP / H 50 EP propulsion systems paired with the Cummins B6.7 and L9 diesel-electric hybrid engines, the company announced in a press release on 8 February.
