German supplier plans to leverage its passenger vehicle expertise in commercial vehicle segment
ZF aims to fully establish itself in braking technology for commercial vehicles, Automotive News Europe quoted Stefan Sommer, CEO of Germany-based supplier, as saying in an interview. “We still have a gap in the commercial vehicles area. But now we will likely move into the new brake-by-wire technologies and focus on segments such as electrified distribution transport and urban buses,” Sommer said in the interview.
