Investment to be spread across eight plants; Sales of notes to close by 7 February

Johnson Controls (JCI) will invest USD50 million for capacity expansion at its eight plants in the United States according to a report published in Milwaukee Business Journal. The announcement is a part of the company’s allotted USD450 million funds to expand its aftermarket and supply business in its Power Solution business.
