Wilbert W. (Wil) James was appointed president of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky (TMMK) in 2010. The plant produces the Toyota Camry, currently the best-selling sedan in the US, the full-size Avalon sedan and the Lexus ES sedan – the only Lexus manufactured in North America. In this interview with Julian Buckley, he talks about the production set up at the Georgetown, Kentucky plant, supply and part delivery and how supplier innovations are helping to improve Toyota vehicles.
