OmniVision image sensor brings high dynamic range to automotive applications
Image sensor, currently available for sampling, is scheduled to enter volume production early next year
OmniVision has launched a new image sensor that brings high dynamic range to automotive application, reports electronics 360.com. The company’s new image sensor OV2775 offers resolution of 1920X1080 with dynamic range exceeding 120 dB. It is built on its 2.8-micron OmniBSI-2 branded pixel technology is suitable for a diverse range of imaging applications, including next-generation front-view machine vision, rear video mirrors, camera monitor systems (CMS) and dash cameras.
