Interview with Paul Williams, Ssangyong Motor UK
In 2011, Mahindra & Mahindra purchased a 70% stake in Ssangyong – the Indian OEM now holds a 73% share. Supported by this investment, South Korea’s fourth-largest vehicle manufacturer is rolling out a series of new models, which started with the introduction of the Tivoli compact SUV in 2015. In this interview, Paul Williams, CEO of Ssangyong Motor UK, speaks with Julian Buckley about the LIV-2 , presented at the 2016 Paris motor show as a concept vehicle but in reality a near production-ready example of the all-new full-size Rexton SUV due to be unveiled at the Geneva motor show in 2017.
