New Civic features Honda Sensing suite of active safety and driver-assistance technologies

Honda has unveiled the European version of the five-door Civic hatchback ahead of the 2016 Paris Motor Show later this month. The Japanese automaker will offer new Civic LX, Sport, EX, EX-L, and Sport Touring trims. All trims of the new Civic will feature Honda Sensing suite of active safety and driver-assistance technologies which include lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, collision mitigation braking, road departure mitigation, adaptive cruise control, traffic sign recognition, cross traffic monitor, speed assistance, multi-angle rear view cameras and blind-spot-monitoring systems. Also fitted as standard are Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA®) with traction control and Indirect Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).
