Zhejiang Yinlun Machinery acquires Thermal Dynamics
Acquisition to help Zhejiang Yinlun expand its footprint in North America
China-based Zhejiang Yinlun Machinery Co. Ltd. (Zhejiang Yinlun) has acquired Thermal Dynamics International (TDI), a supplier of heat exchangers for the automotive, heavy truck and off-highway industries, for USD56.65 million, said a company press release on 23 May.
