Pricol divests stake in Coimbatore Metal Works; to merge subsidiary in India
Following amalgamation equity shares of Pricol Pune held by Pricol shall be cancelled
India-based supplier Pricol will sell entire stake in its wholly owned subsidiary Coimbatore Metal Works Ltd (CMWL) for INR130 million
