US regulators issue greenhouse-gas emissions, fuel economy rules proposal for trucks
The US EPA and NHTSA have issued the Phase 2 rules proposal for greenhouse-gas (GHG) emissions and fuel efficiency for the medium-heavy commercial truck industry, including for model years 2021 through 2027. Proposal includes separate standards for engine and for vehicles.
