Latest management changes for 2010
Visteon, having emerging from bankruptcy, has appointed eight of its nine-member board of directors. Donald Stebbins Visteon's CEO and Karl Krapek former President and Chief Operating Officer of United Technologies Corp. will continue to serve the company's board. Among the new members, the company appointed Philippe Guillemot, CEO of Europcar Groupe; Herbert Henkel, former Chairman and CEO of Ireland-based Ingersoll-Rand plc and Mark T. Hogan, President of Dewey Investments LLC and former President of Magna International Inc.
