Stellantis’ planned vehicle production in Q1 2021 fell by 190,000 units due to chip shortage
Automaker expects second quarter is expected to be worse than the first quarter for planned production
Stellantis has announced that its planned vehicle production for the first quarter of fiscal 2021 was down by 190,000 units or 11% due to the shortage of semiconductors in the automotive industry, a company press release on 5 May read.
