Nobel Automotive signs JV pact in China for fluid handling systems
JV subject to final business licence approvals
Nobel Automotive, a wholly owned subsidiary of Orhan Holding, has signed an agreement to form a joint-venture (JV) with Fuzhou Rocket Enterprises Co, according to a press release. The JV, Nobel Rocket Co., will manufacture automotive fluid transfer systems in China.
