TI Fluid’s acquisition bolsters ABC Technologies’ position in EV thermal solutions market
Following the merger, TI Automotive is expected to become a leading tier 1 manufacturer with a combined revenue of $5.4 billion and 34,600 employees across 26 countries. The company will provide a diverse, propulsion-agnostic portfolio for the automotive industry
In April 2025, ABC Technologies successfully acquired TI Fluid Systems for over £1.8 billion. The merged entity will be rebranded as TI Automotive, reflecting the strong engineering, commitment from employees, and customer service legacies of both companies. The merger was initially announced in November 2024.
