Several global carmakers have already signed a series of contracts to source LGES’ 46-series cylindrical batteries from its first cylindrical battery plant in the US

LG Energy Solution’s (LGES) upcoming Arizona plant in the US will be able to meet the increasing demand from US-based carmakers for locally produced batteries, according to a news report published by The Korea Times on April 6.
