Volvo Energy launches PU500 battery energy storage system
The PU500 BESS can recharge a heavy-duty truck in 1.5 hours and charge up to three electric heavy-duty trucks or 20 electric cars daily when fully charged
Volvo Energy, the energy arm of Volvo Group, has launched the PU500 battery energy storage system (BESS), which comes integrated with a 240-kW DC fast charger that can charge heavy-duty electric trucks and electric cars, the company announced April 3.
