Users are now able to access detailed data on Statiq's charging stations, such as port types and whether they are currently available, and can filter the search results based on their specific charger requirements. This integration promises to simplify the process of finding charging stations, thereby making EV adoption a more appealing and less stressful option for potential and current EV owners.
Raghav Arora, co-founder and chief technology officer of Statiq, expressed that this collaboration represents a significant advancement in its mission to make EV charging infrastructure more accessible and user-friendly across India. By providing essential charging station information through Google Maps, Statiq aims to reduce range anxiety and encourage more individuals to consider switching to EVs.
