BYD launches five EV models in Tunisia
The move to launch vehicles in Tunisia is not only aimed at building a brand image and a market locally but it follows Tunisian President Kais Saied's visit to its global headquarters in early June
Foraying in a new market, BYD, a leading global EV and EV battery maker, has launched five models in Tunisia, according to a news report published by CnEVPost on July 2. BYD’s entry in Tunisia is part of the carmaker’s aggressive global expansion strategy as it races to compete with Tesla in several international markets.
