Delta and Texas Instruments launch joint innovation lab
The lab, established in Taipei, focuses on enhancing electric vehicle power systems through advanced semiconductor technologies
In a recent announcement made in TAIPEI on June 21, Delta, renowned for its contributions in power management and providing IoT-based smart green solutions, has partnered with Texas Instruments (TI), recognized for its leadership in the semiconductor industry, to establish a joint innovation laboratory. This collaboration aims to leverage TI's expertise in digital control and gallium nitride (GaN) technologies, along with Delta's proficiency in high-efficiency power electronics. The primary goal of the joint lab is to enhance the performance and power density of Delta's electric-vehicle power systems, thereby reinforcing its competitive edge in the EV sector.
