The investment is subjected to approvals from shareholders, regulators

Nissan has announced plans to invest ¥6 billion ($38.4 million) in Kasai Kogyo, the company said in a press release on 9 May. The Japanese automaker will invest through acquiring newly issued shares of Kasai Kogyo. The acquisition of the shares is subject to approval at the Japanese supplier’s ordinary shareholder meetings, completion of regulatory approval and other necessary process.
