Piedmont Lithium gets mining permit for the Carolina Lithium Project in the US
The company plans to develop the Carolina Project as a fully integrated mining, spodumene concentrate and lithium hydroxide manufacturing operation
Piedmont Lithium has received the mining permit from the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality’s (NCDEQ) Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources (DEMLR) to begin the construction, operation and reclamation of the proposed Carolina Lithium Project in Gaston County, NC, the company announced April 15.
