In the first phase of collaboration, the two companies plan to build hydrogen fuel-cell vehicles in compliance with new security regulations

US legacy automaker Ford Motor Co. and Quantron AG, a specialist in sustainable passenger and freight transport, have signed a letter of intent (LoI) to cooperate on joint development of hydrogen fuel cell-propelled vehicles, according to a press note issued by Quantron on Nov. 2.
