Intel to sell minority stake in IMS to TSMC
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2023
In a press release announcement on September 12, Intel Corp. has agreed to sell an approximately 10% stake in the IMS Nanofabrication business (IMS) to TSMC.
