Xiaomi gets Chinese regulatory approval to manufacture EVs
The company also needs clearance from the MIIT
Xiaomi has received approval from China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) to manufacture electric vehicles, Reuters reported on August 23, citing two people with knowledge of the matter.
