The two companies plan to work together to explore opportunities to jointly develop EV battery-recycling businesses in the UK

UK-based Altilium Metals has signed a nonbinding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Japanese investment group Marubeni Corp., Altilium Metals announced July 6.
