InoBat will gain access to Gotion's expertise in ESS while Gotion will gain access to InoBat's existing manufacturing facilities

Gotion High-Tech, the manufacturer of batteries and energy storage solutions in China has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with InoBat, the European supplier of batteries for electric vehicles (EVs), to explore joint venture opportunities to codevelopment of a gigafactory with cell and pack production capacity of 40 GWh, according to a press release on 7 February 2023.
