ZF and Wolfspeed anticipate a final subsidy decision within the next couple of months

According to a report published by Automotive News Europe, ZF Friedrichshafen and Wolfspeed has planned to build a USD3 billion wafer factory in Germany’s Saarland to make chips for electric vehicles and other applications.
