LG Chem invests over USD18 million to acquire equity stake in Jae Young Tech
LG Chem, Jae Young Tech plan to establish a battery recycling joint venture in North America by the end of 2023
South Korean materials giant LG Chem plans to invest KRW24 billion (USD18 million) in acquiring an undisclosed equity stake in the battery recycling company called Jae Young Tech, the company said on 21 December 2022.
