QuantumScape ships 24-layer prototype battery cells to automakers for evaluation

Solid-state battery technology company QuantumScape Corporation announced on 20 December 2022 that it has shipped its first 24-layer prototype lithium-metal battery cells to the automakers for evaluation and testing the performance.
