Trelleborg to acquire Injectoplast’s USD7 million elastomer boots manufacturing business
The acquisition will allow the Swedish company to expand its sealing solutions business in India
Swedish polymer tech company Trelleborg announced via press release on 25 November that it had signed an agreement to acquire the automotive boots manufacturing business of India-based privately owned company Injectoplast to strengthen its own position in the global boots market.
