Salzgitter to produce high-strength body steels with new EUR200 million galvanizing line
The 500,000-ton line will produce high- and ultra-high-strength steels for body and chassis applications
German steel manufacturer Salzgitter announced via press release on 10 November that it had invested EUR200 million (USD206 million) to set up a third galvanizing line to strengthen its position as a leading manufacturer of automotive premium segment products.
