INEOS and Plastic Energy sign MoU to produce raw materials from plastic waste
The production plant will be based in Köln, Germany
INEOS Olefins & Polymers Europe and Plastic Energy have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to construct a commercial-scale plant based on the chemical recycling technology developed by Plastic Energy to produce 100,000 tons per annum of recycled raw materials from plastic waste, INEOS said in a press release on 31 October.
