videantis and ADTechnology have announced a collaboration to jointly build automotive System-on-Chips (SoCs) for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving (AD) using Samsung Foundry’s advanced 5nm process, according to a press release by videantis on 19 October 2022.
