LGES to test application of Syrah’s Louisiana anode material in cell production activities
The two companies plan to set up a 2,000-ton-per-year offtake agreement upon successful validation of the anode material.
Korean battery manufacturer LG Energy Solutions (LGES) announced via press release on 20 October that it had signed a non-binding agreement to evaluate application of Syrah Resources’ natural graphite anode material in its battery manufacturing operations.
