The US DoE has shortlisted 20 companies in the first round to receive total funding of USD2.8 billion

The US Department of Energy (DoE) has announced the first set of projects that will be funded with a total of USD2.8 billion under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law to expand domestic manufacturing of batteries for electric vehicles (EVs) and the electrical grid, the US DoE said in a media note on 19 October 2022.
