IONITY, &Charge partner to improve EV charging experience for consumers in Europe

The collaboration between the two companies aim to make EV drivers part of quality assurance process to improve the overall EV charging experience in Europe

Europe-based high power EV charging network Ionity announced on 27 September 2022 that the company is collaborating technology provider &Charge with an intent to improve the EV charging experience for end consumers. It said that such a collaboration will give it access to direct customer feedback, thanks to &Charge's unique e-mobility app, where the EV drivers can rate the EV charging infrastructure in Europe by giving extensive feedback.
