GM expects to increase the sustainability of its Ultium batteries and drive down material costs through the partnership

Detroit automaker General Motors announced via press release on 22 September that its investment arm GM Ventures had invested in Canadian recycling startup Lithion’s Series A funding round to support a future circular battery ecosystem partnership between the two companies.
