General Motors signs multiyear cathode active material supply deal with POSCO
Material will be shipped from POSCO’s facility in Gwangyang to GM’s battery cell sites in Ohio, Tennessee, and Michigan.
South Korean chemical company POSCO announced via press release on 28 July that it had signed a USD10-billion deal for the supply of battery cathode material with US automaker General Motors (GM).
