TI’s operating income for the second quarter grew 23.07% y/y to USD2.72 billion

Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) has reported second-quarter 2022 revenue at USD5.21 billion, up 13.75% year on year (y/y) from USD4.58 billion in the previous year for three months ended 30 June, according to a filing by the company on 26 July. Operating income for the quarter was reported at USD2.72 billion compared with USD2.21 billion from the previous year. Net income was reported at USD2.29 billion, up 18.65% y/y from USD1.93 billion in 2021.
