SK On, Ford, and EcoPro BM to set up new cathode material site in North America
Cathode material from the site will be supplied to Ford’s BlueOval battery manufacturing plants in Tennessee and Kentucky
South Korean battery manufacturing company SK On announced via press release on 22 July that the company will be partnering with Detroit automaker Ford and South Korean cathode material manufacturer EcoPro BM to set up a new cathode material plant in North America.
