The Canadian company now plans to start work on its Phase-2 integrated battery anode materials project in Becancour.

Canadian battery anode materials company Nouveau Monde Graphite (NMG) announced via press release on 17 June that it had commissioned its new 2,000 tons per annum (TPA) anode coating line at its Phase-1 integrated battery materials plant in Saint-Michel-des-Saints, Quebec, Canada.
