LG Chem, KEMCO to set up new NCMA precursor plant in Ulsan, South Korea
The plant will supply LG Chem upward of 20,000 tons of NCMA precursor material from second quarter 2024.
Korean chemical company LG Chem announced via press release on 2 June that it will be setting up a joint venture with Korea Zinc subsidiary KEMCO for the manufacturing of lithium-ion battery precursor materials in South Korea.
