Maxwell Energy has a strong order book of over USD19 million
India-based tier-1 automotive component supplier Endurance Technologies has entered into an agreement with ION Energy Inc. (ION) for acquisition of 100% stake in Maxwell Energy Systems Private Limited, the company said in a regulatory announcement on 18 May 2022.
