ThyssenKrupp, NSK to explore possible steering systems joint venture

The two companies aim to leverage economies of scale to add value to their steering system products and increase market share

German automotive parts manufacturer ThyssenKrupp announced via press release on 12 May that it had signed an MoU with Japanese bearing systems manufacturer NSK to explore a joint venture between ThyssenKrupp’s Automotive business and NSK’s Steering systems business.
