NHTSA says entering an all-way-stop intersection without coming to a complete stop may increase the risk of collision

Tesla will recall its vehicles with the Full Self-Driving (FSD) Beta over a feature called “rolling stop” that allows vehicles to drive past stop signs, Electrek reported on 1 February.
